What is your return policy?
The measure of our success as a company is a customer that is 100% satisfied! Rather than make a giant legal document about our customer return policy we thought we would make it really simple so you can worry about planning the best event ever so here it is: If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order just contact us within 15 days of receiving it. We can not give a refund on a personalized item. However, we will work with you to figure out how we can make things better.

What if the issue is a printing error that Candles and Favors made?
1: If the issue with your order is due to a printing mistake on
our part we are truly sorry for the inconvenience! We will reprint
your order immediately and expedite the shipping at NO CHARGE TO YOU.
2: If you have just got your new personalized invitations and
they are wrong due to an error on your part (Hey we all make mistakes)
we will be happy to reprint your order and ship them ASAP for a
discounted price, you will keep your envelopes so that you can start
addressing them to save time.
*Note: All personalized products are printed/made to order and may
contain slight color variances this is not considered a printing error. Please note that some products are not eligible for return. These include: personalized, sample, clearance and special order items.

What are my shipping options, can I rush my order?
We offer very competitive shipping rates in four (4) flavors of shipping
(Standard, Quick, Speedy and Expedited) to meet your desired delivery needs.
All you need to do is click on the Shipping info tab on the product page and
you will see the shipping options with the associated guaranteed delivery date.
You can also select your desired shipping method in the shopping cart too.

Do we ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship anywhere in the USA and Canada, We can ship anywhere in the world
and if it is going somewhere REALLY NICE we reserve the right to hand deliver ;-)!!! As
rates vary dramatically we would prefer to provide you with a quote which we can easily

Change Policy

What if I need to change something on my order?
Invitations: If your order is still in the proofing stage
just contact us at proofs@candlesandfavors.com or (888) 770-8341 and
we will be happy to make any adjustments such as a personalization
change or quantity adjustment.
Other Items: Contact us at support@candlesandfavors.com or (888) 770-8341 if your order has not been manufactured, assembled and
shipped we will be happy to make any changes you require such as color
adjustment, scent adjustment and so on.
*Note: We ship FAST! Most personalized orders leave our facility with
in three (3) business days; we recommend proof reading of any
personalization and have a fried do so as well!

How fast will a get a proof for the invitation I ordered if I choose to get one?
All of our personalized invitations are designed by our staff
and a proof will be generated and sent to you via email (the email you
used when you purchased your invite) within twenty four hours of your
order (24hrs) in the form of a JPG attachment.
*Note: It is your responsibility to look at your proof, if you do not
respond to your proof will will make every attempt to contact you via
email and or phone. If for some reason we are unable to get your proof
approved. Candles and Favors will not be held responsible for any delays or
deadline missed and will be unable to provide you with a full refund. After 5 business days of not being able to reach customer for approval, we will send your order to print and ship. We will not be able to refund customer once the order has shipped.

What do I do if I receive my order and it is incorrect?
1: If you have just got your new personalized invitations and
they are wrong due to an error on our part we will replace your
product ASAP and ship it out expedited mail. PLEASE NOTE we will not
send you new envelopes so that you can start addressing them to save
time.

Personalized Printed Labels, Stickers and Tags

Can I see a proof of my personalized labels and stickers?
Our procedure for personalized labels and stickers is to
quickly print and ship; but if you feel it is important to see a proof
we want you to have total confident that your order will be correct!
When placing your order just let us know you want to see a proof in
the special comments section of our order page and we will email you a
proof as an email attachment to the email you used during the order
process within twenty four hours (24hrs)
*Note: requiring a proof of your may slightly delay your order.

How can I get help determining what size stickers I should order?
We have provided you with a printable sticker size sheet which
is located here it can be printed with Adobe PDF reader (if you do not
currently have this program installed on your computer you can get it
here) Just download and print the page and cut out the different sizes
to use as a reference on the item you will be placing the stickers on.
*Note: YOU MUST PRINT OUT THE FORM as the your computer screen will
not give you an accurate representation of the sticker sizes "on
screen"

it isn't good.............We Can Take It! Our customers' feedback and return
business is the only measure we have to see how well we are doing.

What should I do when I receive my order?
We recommend that you immediately open your order and verify
it is perfect. While we package all shipped items with materials such
as bubble bags, plastic and padding it is always a good idea to verify
your order ASAP so we can fix any issues that may arise! If there is
something wrong (GASP!) just call us or email us and we will help you

*Note: You must check your order within ten (10) business days of it
being delivered to give us ample time to rectify any issues that may arise.
